Anaïs is a Developer Advocate at Aqua Security, where she contributes to Aqua’s cloud native open source projects. When she is not advocating DevOps best practices, she runs her own YouTube Channel centered around cloud native technologies. Before joining Aqua, Anais worked as SRE at Civo, a cloud native service provider, where she worked on infrastructure for hundreds of tenant clusters. Her passion lies in making tools and platforms more accessible to developers and community members.

Arnold has been designing and building IT platforms for large companies in Germany for over 10 years. In addition to technical engineering, he has also worked as an architect and product owner in enterprise IT organization and product management. Today, as Head of Data Core at RTL Data, Arnold works with his colleagues on a highly scalable internal developer platform for the exciting data products of tomorrow.

Alex is an expert in test automation and building a limitless career. Her background includes complex custom applications in banks, establishing a testing department for static analysis tools, and desktop testing of IDE for QA. She loves identifying patterns, which is why she often talks about effective ways to solve various problems. This helps people, so follow her on social media where many life hacks on career development and testing can be found.

VISHWA KRISHNAKUMAR

Vishwa is co-founder and CEO at Zenduty – an advanced incident response platform. He has 12 years of experience making mistakes, learning from them, and helping orgs set up their DevOps, SRE and Production Engineering teams. Vishwa loves talking about observability and reliability at incremental scale and discovering products that just ‘click’. Outside of work, he plays football, or riding his bike with some 70s Rock Music.

Bill Mulligan is a cloud native pollinator and community builder. He has given talks, written articles, and appeared on podcasts on a wide range of topics around cloud native. While at CNCF he restarted the Kubernetes Community Day program. He is currently at Isovalent growing the Cilium and eBPF communities.

Aicha is a Java software engineer with a love for coding, a taste for delicious food, and a heart for volunteering. She is a community lead at Biztech Morocco, a Women Techmakers ambassador, and an IAmRemarkable facilitator.

Magnus is a Software Engineer at Microsoft in the AzureCore Linux Team, working on Confidential Container Technologies. He’s living with his Family in Berlin and has been tinkering with Linux, Virtualization and Cloud for many years.

Natalie is a Staff Cloud Engineer who also enjoys working on building and automating various tools that help the development teams be more productive and happier. The fast pace, team orientation, and creative environment, and always new challenges motivates Natalie at work.
She is passionate about helping make infrastructure more accessible. Natalie loves solving hard problems and “all things containers.” She reviews and PoC all the CI/CD systems just for fun and enjoys improving things in the Software Release Processes for companies she works for. Occasionally, she blogs or speaks at conferences. Currently, she is learning and blogging about Rust. Natalie is a technical mentor. In her spare time, she hikes or camps with her aussiedoodle Chai, and stand-up paddle (SUP) across the Bay.

Meet the People behind the Event

MARKUS NEDER

After many years in the hotel industry, Markus has come to the other side and now heads the event department at NETWAYS. His many years of experience as a hotel manager helps us to organize the best conference of all to come every year. When he’s not out and about with his children, he likes to relax by gardening or playing the guitar.

LUKAS STEGMEIER

Lukas has been with NETWAYS since September 2016 and has successfully completed his training as an event manager with us. After getting to know all areas of event management, he is now increasingly responsible for the training organization, but also supports the conferences. Lukas has been intensively involved in football for over 10 years. Since 2019 he has been training the SK Heuchling C youth team at Lauf.
